turbogears 2.2rc1 admin system exception

Hi all, anytime I leave empty field in any table and try to save it using admin interface(regardless whether it is required field), I get:

UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xed' in position 21: ordinal not in range(128)

I can trigger it anytime I create any new empty record (User, Group,Permission) and try to save it without editing. Traceback is attached.

Looks like it's an issue in ToscaWidgets2 with unicode error messages,
I'll report it to tw2 developers.

Should now be fixed. Next tw2 release will behave correctly
