tgext.admin and tgext.crud 0.4 Released

All,

I released 0.4 for tgext.admin and tgext.crud.  This brings us up to sprox 0.7 compatibility, as well as affords us the capability of EasyRestController.  See how to use it here:  http://blog.axant.it/archives/423

Thanks to Alessandro Molina for pushing me to get this release out.  Sorry it took so long, I'm getting back on the ball here.

Major changes to the new tgext.crud 0.4 include:

* It is now possible to pass any parameters to table views to filter
its content by that parameter.
* CrudRestController and EasyCrudRestController now provide the
keep_params attribute to specify a list of parameters to keep around
between pages
* EasyCrudRestController now provides __table_options__ attribute to
customize table views on the fly.
* [BUGFIX] Any field in __omit_fields__ won't be cleared anymore when
updating an existing document.
