Is the project still alive?
Is it possible to get sources somewhere or somehow, as command:

# fossil clone http://tkhtml.tcl.tk/fossil/ tkhtml

ends with:

                Bytes      Cards  Artifacts     Deltas
Sent:              53          1          0          0
Received:         152          3          0          0
Sent:              68          2          0          0
Error: not authorized to clone
Received:         152          2          0          0
Total network traffic: 488 bytes sent, 802 bytes received
fossil: server returned an error - clone aborted

Hello

i got the sources few month ago from the fosil archiv.
The project is not realy active any more but tkhtml works pretty good.
