Tiddlywiki5 and Intellitagger functionality?

Will it be possible to support some sort of Intellitagger functionality in Tiddlywiki5?

I find this feature quite useful when trying to keep a consistent set of tags between tiddlers.

I'd hope to have autocompletion of tags in the core, but the intelligent tag guessing feature would make more sense as a plugin, I suspect.
