This time of year it is going to be warm for trout fishing in all but
the highest streams.
The shavers fork has some fun little smallmouth in it.
You could try giving Gladys Fork Outfitters a call

They are colocated with the Gladys Fork cabins

I've had summer vacation up there when renting a house, and did some
smallmouth fishing on the Shavers Fork (my 7 year old caught a nice one
on a spinner) and one year we rented a cabin with a private stocked
trout pond.
Further south of Elkins there are some streams too, but I don't know how
they fish this time of year. I would be ready for smallmouth too.
