Fly tying - Deer Hair Popper

Hi – Do you have any good links (to video) – how to tying deer hair popper? I found some from YouTube but they are not good enough. I would like to watch and learn how to tying it. Or someone is willing to show me at next Beer-Tie?

This one of the better videos I've seen of spinning deer hair. Practice, practice, practice is the name of the game, or so I'm told -- I'm pretty shoddy at it myself.  But I do succeed admirably in making a wicked mess in the living room when I try.

That's why my spousal unit long ago confined me to the basement mancave for ANY kind of tying. ;-)

If you want to watch masters at it live and where you can ask questions, attend The Fly Fishing Show in Jersey or Lancaster - if Steve Wascher or Pat Cohen are on hand, you'll see some real wizards at work.
