well... rudimentary input at least.

If you are running a command that takes std in with the web front end, you can now type input lines in the input box, and when you type a line with just EOF then the command gets an EOF.
So now you can run "cat -" etc.... This won't be that useful until we have vt100 display... which is coming....

I fixed the situation with file descriptors, which was a bear, but that aspect of it should be pretty stable...

In addition, rudimentary support for VT100 pushed which detects vt100 sequences and hands off control for rendering.  The next thing is to take back some of that vt100 rendering control and pull it back in to plush so we can do more sensible things.
