Hi everyone!

I'd really like to use telepathy-mixer but as soon as I get to the ./configure stage I get this:

[root@hpnotebook telepathy-mixer-0.2.1]# ./configure
Checking for Python :  /bin/python
Checking for WAF :  /home/bryan/Downloads/telepathy-mixer-0.2.1/waf
calling waf configure with parameters
Checking for program python             : ok /bin/python

TypeError: 'sys.version_info' object is not callable

Not too sure what it all means but python-telepathy has been installed and the computer has been restarted since.

Thank you!

Hi Bryan,

Unfortunately this project is not maintained anymore, with the last release being almost 4 years ago. If you're a developer and would to tinker on the project to get it working again, I can point you in the right direction. Otherwise, you'll be better off just using Pidgin, which has built-in support for the MXit protocol.

Regards,
Ralf
