Starting immediately, our monthly meetings are now the fourth Tuesday of every month 6:30-8:00 at:

Pinellas Park Public Library
7770 52nd Street North
Pinellas Park, FL 33781

Our next meeting will be next week!  Tues, Jan 22 at 6:30 where John will teach us about diodes!

No, this is the monthly meeting that used to be at the Upper Tampa Regional Library.

The weekly meetings at MOSI have been suspended, pending finding somebody in the group to get them scheduled.  So far, nobody seems interested in pursuing these.  If you'd like to pick up the ball on these, I'm sure that there will be some others in Tampa that would appreciate it.

My longer term goal is to find a weekly meeting place in Pinellas for those of us on this side of the bay, but I haven't had a chance to do that yet.

My place is not overly huge, but once or twice a month we can meet at my place - then I could definitely make the meetings LOL

Would you be interested in a place in Clearwater? My employer owns a business office complex. There are a number of offices that are not currently occupied. Probably could arrange a nice office for meetings.

A few more details then, its on the corner of east bay, and 19. I am happy to volunteer to host it if others are interested. Heck, I might even be persuaded to bring doughnuts.....

Not sure about the gym. But theres a publix, movie theatre, china buffet, subway, radio shack, wendys, on the north west corner. On the north east corner is a car max.

I havent heard anything yet. Since its my boss I usually try not to do stuff to piss him off. So, I havent been hounding him on it. I did ask him politely again in my weekly status report today, so, hopefully I will hear something. Sorry its taken so long. I havent fogotten. Just trying not to piss my boss off is all.

At the last meeting about diodes, I asked if you guys could do a simple intro to oscilliscopes type meeting. You guys asked me what type I have. Well, its a RIGOL DS1052E. I've been playing around with it on my own some, but I do have some questions. Should I wait to bring it in till after the next two meetings?
