So I'm looking at putting together a quad myself but HK doesn't seem to stock counter/LH props in their AUS warehouse. Before I put in an order from their international warehouse where the shipping will likely outweigh the cost of the props. Any local supplier that is good for props at a good price?

Hi
I will be placing an order at HK very soon and I could add some props to my order if you like.
Send me part numbers.

I've been buying mine from MultiWiiCopter.com.
They're based in the Gold Coast, and he's really quick with delivery. I'll generally get my orders from him the next day.

I've been using these ones, which are $7 for a set of 4 of 12x4.5".

I'd steer clear of hobbyking for props. All the times I've got props from them they have been useless. Think lump of plastic in the rough shape of a prop, a non working 1:1 scale model if you will.

Thanks for the advice,  just bought the props linked to from MultiWiiCopter store. Question, when should I move up to higher RPM props such as http://www.multiwiicopter.com/products/1045-nylon-carbon-2-bladed-propeller-high-rpm-set-of-4-multicopter or even triple bladed http://www.multiwiicopter.com/products/high-rpm-props-8x4-cw-ccw-triples-set-of-4-8040

Also I started looking at this... http://www.multiwiicopter.com/products/scarab-quad-x-stealth-metal-armour

Is the Paris Quad X a good board or should I just go for the Naza like I want to... :)

So I bit the bullet and ordered it with the Naza. Merry Christmas to me :D
