Hi, group,
I am doing a population genetic study and have being analyse the datasets for two months. I met some problems and need your help. My data have 12 loci, and 57 populations(each population have at least 1 sample ), 313 individuals. the population correspond to the different sample site .
i have run the STRUCTURE using both mixture and admixture model, the number of burnninng were set to100,000 and the iterations to 1000,000 and K =1-8, but i get the same result. Actually, i have known the population shou have 3 or 4 cluster. What shou i do about my dataset , wheather i should adjust it? Since I can input the dataset successfulls and all the data is from the experiment, if needed to be adjust, how? If there is any software of method to help me ?
The result can be seed in the accessories, if any one of you ever met this situation? i need help

It looks like you have no population structure. What are the results
of other tests of differentiation among populations, i.e., theta_st or
AMOVA phi_st? If these are small among populations (say theta_st <
0.001), this may just be the result you have.
