Enlarge the space of code editor & Console

The space of code editor & console is not enough on my 1366x768 or 1024x600  notebook screen, so I tried to enlarge the space by shrink the menubar, toolbar, statusbar, scrollbar and hide the titlebar of QDockWidgets.

This is done by run the following script in the internal console:

It makes me more comfortable with my small notebook.

My question is, are there any method that can enable user run their scripts on start up?

Thanks for this contribution. 
For now, there is no way of running a startup script in the internal console, hence allowing to change Spyder's GUI systematically after each startup. But this should be quite easy to add this feature.
