Replacement for iDisk and Backup 3

Now that I have signed up for iCloud and got Documents and Data turned on I hope all will work.  I have now bought Pages and Numbers for iPhone/iPad.   I have a Time Capsule for back up but if my study catches fire I lose Mac & TC.  I have been backing up some things to a memory stick but I have to remember to do it.  I have been using Backup 3 sending stuff to my iDisk automatically so I have a lot of stuff backed up off site.  iCloud will only store documents and data (what data?) What can I use to automatically back up and store other files like Pictures off site.  My research shows that Crashplan is cheaper for extra storage than Dropbox.  I gather there is something coming up called iTunes Match that will store your music but at what cost?  Members comments and experience would be useful.

All iTunes match does is match your songs on your computer with your other devices. Instead of uploading all your mp3s to the cloud, then downloading on another device, apple already have the song in the iTunes store library, so your laptop/other device will just download the matching song
