While researching paint colors and memos, we found what appears to most-likely be a pre-production sales brochure.
I'm sure you'll find its contents extremely interesting as to what Shelby American had planned for '67 (a great contrast to what was actually offered).
Document Title: 1967 SHELBY G.T. 350/500 COLOR AND ACCESSORIES GUIDE
Date: Circa August/September 1966 - VERY EARLY / Pre-production?
Pages:
Front cover with illustration
Two (2) interior pages with a list of options and accessories
Back cover with planned paint/trim/stripe selections
Front Cover 1967 Shelby G.T.350/500 Color and Accessories Guide
Observations:
The title lists the models are as “G.T.350/500”. This 'abridged' method (missing the second occurrence of "G.T.") seems rare with the documents we've collected. The six page brochure featuring the Lime green car and the 2/5/67 spec sheet are two other known examples of the abridged mark. Oddly enough, the interior and back cover page titles of this document aren't the abridged version.
The illustration on the front cover is a rendering, not a photo of an actual car. Perhaps this is a sign that the document was created before either of the two concept cars were ever built.
There is no visible emblem on the front fender -- much like a '66 model wouldn't have had one.

Observations:
An 8.5" wide wheel option?
A 3.00:1 ratio didn't make it to production ... and a 4.56:1 axle ratio - wow!
Interesting that an oil cooler was planned as an option, yet it took SAI quite some time to figure out it was one of the components needed to solve the overheating issue that plagued the early GT500+Air/Con cars.
Under the Dealer Options \ Brakes, Suspension section, we find the word "Standard." Standard what? Did anyone proof-read this thing? Maybe it was supposed to read "Monte Carlo Bar - Standard." This would then match the earliest cut-away sketches of the '67 Shelby G.T. which included a Monte Carlo bar and dual mufflers...

EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR CHOICES
Observations:
The complete Ford paint names are used… later on, they weren’t.
Not all optional Top/Full/LeMans stripes were to be white. The two darker paints were to get silver stripes!
Clearwater Aqua was planned as the ‘medium blue’ choice (changed to Brittany Blue).
No plan for a Parchment interior with a white exterior, but yet that combination ended up getting ordered and built...
