Sorry for the lack of clarity on this so far. I am meeting with DigiPen tomorrow to walk the site. We are using the Edison Production Area which is a relatively large open room. There are tables and chairs already there. They have recommended that I ask exhibitors to bring their own extension cords and outlet strips. Other than that we should be fine. I want to confirm all this tomorrow so I'll post about what exhibitors need to know then (including the super secret hand shake).

I am tentatively giving a Blender demo at the event, but (as is totally normal for an event having only its second year) I'm not really sure where and when to be. Is there any schedule online people can look at?

Hey Oscar,

You are correct in your assessment of the youth of the event :)

Since our activities are still limited enough to not necessarily need a detailed schedule, we don't really have one. You should feel free to post your own schedule here on the groups site, which I can duplicate on the SIX web page. On-site there are vast expanses of white boards in the Edison room that we can use to post schedules for any activities we think of, including yours, so we can coordinate as we go as well.

With about 20 exhibitors all in the same room, at the very least we'll be able to canvass them early on and work out a good schedule right up front. I'm confident that the compactness of the show should make that easy. Also the front security desk and (hopefully) a help desk in Edison will be good places to let people know what is available and when.

If you need any help or support from me just let me know.
