In the first part we presented the origin and name for the diet.
The original name was 2 lb. diet.
Mr. Chung had misunderstood basic nutritional science in choosing 2 lbs.
as the normal calorie intake, he did not consider it was 2 lb.s of

posted the idea, including the error in logic it contained.

Just for my curiosity, did he ever say *what* food he was eating two
pounds of? Meats? Fishes? Pickled bees? Wheat? Porridge? Dehydrated

It might be possible to live on that sort of mass if you pick the
right ingredients and ignore the liquids drunk. I'm fairly sure I for
one eat less than two pounds mass on some days. Of course that would
be when I have a venison sanny and a pint of tea with maybe a biscuit
or two.
