Error creating snapshots for RabbitMQ role

I keep getting this error when trying get create a snapshot on a RabbitMQ server

Received RebundleFailed event from server. Reason: EBS volume vol-e4f2278c wasn't attached in a reasonable time (status=available attachment_state=None).. Timeout: 2400 seconds reached

I have successfully created snapshots of instances running rabbitmq. Mostly I used small instances.
