Can't create DNS zone

I have two environments.

I can create DNS zones in one environment but not in the other. I get the an error message, see attachment.

I have created DNS zones in both environments before though.

The error message is very clear. The top level domain you want to use is in the other environment and I guess cannot be used in the other environment! Any other top level domain you choose will work.

Fixed on scalr.net. Scalr will allow you to create subdomains on
different environments of one account.
