I did exactly as you said. After doing it, both snmpd and snmptrapd
services are now running. However, The status is still pending.
I have deployed Scalr 3.0 on debian 6. Now, I have also updated my
cron jobs as mentioned in the wiki for 3.0.
@Sebastian: I would love to contribute by updating the docs.
