Guys,

The instructions are in the small print.

Just beneath the large green “Download” box you can will see some blue text “Browse All Files”.

That is the link to the directory with the database file.
But read the README.txt there, first.

Download the sandic_w32s.exe.
Download the db - sandic.zip.

You won’t, need Sandic_v1.0.zip, as its only the source code.

Unzip, and place the extracted db file in the same directory as the exe.

Run the exe.
It does take a while to load, but it does get there.

Regards,
    Eddie

You must go to http://sourceforge.net/projects/sandic/files/ and download SANDIC:ZIP, README.txt, SanDic_v1.0.zip, SanDic_v1.0.zip, sandic_w32s.exe
After to unzip put the folders and the exe in one new folder and after click in the exe and all will begin working but take a little time to appear the dictionary. It is not a program of installation, each time you will open the dictionary you must click in the w32s.exe.
When you unzip is normal that you will get two w32.exe but one comes, I think, in the file readme.txt that instead of you get the readme, you get another .exe. Is a repeated for to be deleted.

Dear Group,

could anybody please explain how to get this wonderful app
running on Mac OSX?!? That would be of great help to me
and others! Is it necessary to create a cider port, or is there
an easier way?

With warm regards,

Vang

SanDic based on Qt, the cross-platform application framework (http://qt.nokia.com/products/). А good start point for you http://qt-project.org/wiki/Support_for_Mac_OS_X or mac user community.
