Using Rhino.ServiceBus.Host with Custom User Account

Hi, 

We are hosting out service bus service using the built-in host. We are now facing a requirement to be able to run our service with a custom user account.

It seems that the built-in host currently only supports running using the 'Network Service' account.

Would it cause problems if the hosts Install action allowed for the Account parameter combined with a new Password parameter and used that when installing the service?

If not, are  you interested in a pull request on this?
