Hi, after installing the newest version of RS the only option to download is the full sized picture.

The version of RS i installed a year ago had 4, where have they gone? The system setup has them listed but i have not found an option to turn them on anywhere in the config.php or elsewhere.

Original JPG File 3008 x 2000 pixels (6 MP) 10 in x 6.7 in @ 300 PPI	2.6 MB	Download
Low resolution print 2000 x 1330 pixels (2.7 MP) 6.7 in x 4.4 in @ 300 PPI	726 KB	Download
Screen 850 x 565 pixels 2.8 in x 1.9 in @ 300 PPI	182 KB	Download

your photo shows 3 available downloads. Another option - Hi resolution print - may not be available based on the size of the image resource. If the original jpeg is 2.6mb @ 300 dpi this would also be considered a hi res image, and it doesn't make sense to have two options that are the same. This holds true for other download options as well (if the original is low res to begin with there will not be an option for high or low res, just the original).

If you go into Team Center -> system setup you can see a list of defaults for downloads/previews. If you're looking for another download option you may want to create a custom option. Also, if any of the downloads have Internal set to yes the download options are removed.

Hi

The new version of RS does only have one (full size), the old had 4.

And yes, i have them listed in team center -> system setup in the new RS

It does not make any of the other sizes appear changing the "internal" options

What am I missing here?

Doing a little more investigation:

Old RS stores 5 sizes in filestore

New RS stores 4 sizes in filestore. The one with the "scr" part in the name is missing.

Is this a bug?

So the issue isn't that RS doesn't have these options, but that the other download options aren't showing up? This sounds like a permissions/config issue, but it's difficult to tell.

There are two things I can think of that could be contributing to this:

insufficient seach/access permissions

$hide_restricted_download_sizes=true; <- this hides anything considered "restricted"

could either of these be the issue?  If not then you might want to compare your config files from your old and new installs.
