Since it being used by a business to sell products towards a profit it doenst fall under parody or public use. Of course there are a fair bit of these circumstances and the legal depts of these companies choose just to ingore it since it is somewhat a case of free adverstising and if done tastefully like this one can almost enhance the brand.

I suspect it won't stay under the radar, unfortunately. I suspect the big T is very protective of anyone using their name and their trade dress blue to enhance the perceived value of another product. Think of all the mass confusion and grievous harm that will result as "deceived" consumers flock to Fifth Avenue to try to buy lugged bicycles!
