All used very little. The Paul brake set is a set of Neo-Retro's for the front. They come with the special Paul bolts for mounting a front rack. The rear are a set of Paul Touring brakes. Included is a set of almost new Kool-Stop mountain pads and a 2 sets of straddle wire hangers (VO & regular old Dia Compes) so you can choose which to use for your bike,
