FS: Vintage Tailwind Panniers + Bonus

A nice pair of classic Tailwind Panniers from the early 80s in very good condition. Burgundy color looks great on a silver, grey, black bike.  They were designed to fit perfectly onto a Blackburn rear rack, but will adapt to most others. Cool aero shape, and tapered to stay away from your heels. $60.00 shipped to the Continental USA. Bonus: two rolls of Newbaums' burgundy tape! (Probably as close a match as you'll find.)

NiCad + dynohub: pls explain and describe.

SA double cogset: boughten or home made? I made one back in circa 1971 or '2 by installing an 18 convex-wise and a 16 concave-wise and -- there was no longer room for the circlip -- have the latter tack welded onto the carrier. Benelux pullchain rd.

21 t granny: again, esplain and dexcribe.
