Since I am now the owner of a shiny new 64cm Sam Hillborne frame, which will be transformed into a running bicycle by RBW in the next few weeks, I thought I would say hi to y'all (actually, growing up near Pittsburgh, it should be "youns"...)  My wife and I moved to Boulder CO a year and a half ago, and the access to good cycling got me in the saddle again, mainly just commuting to work and into town at this point but I have aspirations to travel a bit farther.  My current daily driver is a '71 Schwinn SuperSport, 66 cm, pixs here if you are curious (https://picasaweb.google.com/102411392699939180397/SuperSport?authuser=0&feat=directlink)   I'm expecting the new Sam will help me get out of town with a little more security than the Schwinn, which is feeling its age; I purchased it new with the money from my first summer job in 1972.  I figure a new bike once every 40 years isn't too much to ask for...

I'm always stoked to hear about folks who still ride the bicycles they bought way back when, hope to say the same when I'm your age. Riv's a kindred continuation of the spirit.

I always thought it was "y'ins" our "you'ins" around Pittsburgh. Shows how much I know.

It's much more a short vowel sound, just hard to know what the vowel actually is.  Native WPA'er saying "are you going downtown?"  sounds like "youns gun duntun?"
