New "BO" Moustache bar

Newest item at RBW... the BO Moustache Bar:

Any ideas what makes this one different from the other M'bars? My wife notes that I have enough moustache bars already, and more than enough BO, and that I most certainly therefore do not need a BO bar...

It looks like it's just the normal moustache bar (same description and designation, RM-016), but categorized under "Build Only Inventory."  Not sure what that means.

OKay, that explains it. And it matches, as the "build kits" now have m'bars, too.

not swipe them to sell individually, or we'll have to special-order
it, which will delay the customer's build, and we'll have to eat the
savings on the build kits."

Just a guess, though.

My guess is that "build only inventory" will refer to parts that are
only available to order if you are purchasing a frame and having Riv
put the bike together with parts from their inventory. If you were
just to call and order the bar, it would be unavailable.
