So not to be a moron but the right size for the Riv poster is 18x24?
We have a Michaels in town now, but the older place, Ben Franklin, is where I took mine: buy a frame and the materials (matting and glass), and they mount it for free... Something like $80.... we have nice mom-n-pop custom shops that are more than Ben Franklin, but a lot less than that quote from your Michaels... the Michaels here couldn't stay in business with prices that high, what with the good competition here for a good bit less...

I would frame it with Brooks leather bartape as the "matt".
I would try to think of something from a bike I could use as the frame...
That could get more expensive than having it professionally framed! You could wrap it around the frame but you can't mat with leather, oils will ruin the poster in short amount of time.
