Hello everybody,

Sorry for the intrusion but this is a serious matter. ;-)

Some time ago I enjoyed this April's fool.
http://web2pyramid.pylonsproject.org/

I enjoyed it so much that I would like to use parts of this layout and
css.
Does anybody know what is the license on the layout, images and css?

The list is alive and well, usually. I can't really answer your questions, but I can say

style.css comes from html5doctor.com
prettyPhoto.css from http://www.no-margin-for-errors.com/projects/prettyphoto-jquery-lightbox-clone/

Thank you. The individual parts seem to be all distributed with some
open license but I am wondering whether the whole layout was taken
from some place that needs to be created (by me if I use it) or not.
Do you know who made it? In this case I could ask directly if the
authors need to be acknowledged and how. I will not be copying it,
just use some parts, not prettyPhoto.

I'm not very secretive - I would have already told you if I knew.

No problem. I appreciate your help anyway. :-)
I will assume that if nobody claims ownership on the Pyramid side, I
can use it without restriction (compatibly with the known licenses of
the third party components).

Massimo

P.S. Thank you for the good work at the Pylons project/Pyramid.

Hi Massimo,

sorry for being late I was traveling yesterday and was off the net. I'm the one responsible of that small project and the design was bought on themeforest.net at a pretty cheap price, you should look at the license to know it's restrictions. However doing a similar design is not a big job ;)

Thank you. This helps a lot. I will follow your advice and redo the design.
