The general flow
1. Register your account on PyPi - http://pypi.python.org/pypi?%3Aaction=register_form
2. 'register' the package with pypi: `python setup.py register`
3. 'upload' the package : `python setup.py sdist upload'

whenever you have updates , you just do step 3
