css and lightbox not loading at all

I have my two pages (one for the album list and one for the gallery) that include the respective files from pwa+php. The pictures load fine but the album list and gallery are missing all css styling and lightbox doesn't work either.

It seems like the album list and gallery can't find the css and js folders but I tried placing them everywhere and changing the links manually but no dice.

Any suggestions?

This is the non-WP version, correct?  Shoot me a link and I'll take a look.
