_The 11th Baron Suffield, MC, died 8 December, 2011. He was aged 89. Anthony Philip Harbord-Hamond was born 19 Jun 1922, son of the 10th peer [1865-1951] by his wife the former Nina Crawfuird Hutchinson, and succeeded to the peerage & baronetcy on his father's demise, 2 Feb 1951; married 1952, Elizabeth Eve Edgedale [who d 7 Feb 1995] by whom he had issue, 3 sons and 1 daughter. The peerage [GB 1786] and Baronetcy [GB 1745/6] now devolve upon his Lordship's eldest son, Charles, born 3 Dec 1953.

According to Debrett's 2011, the new baron has 2 daughters from his
second marriage.

The heir presumptive is his younger brother, Hon. John Edward Richard
(b. 1956) who is married with 3 sons and 1 daughter.
