As a conclusion from that discussion, you should be polite and ask other users (by a comment to their photos) before posting here in this game - they might not like their photos to be compared with others. If there is no reaction (the user might be inactive for already a long time ...), then you have given him/her at least the chance to know in which context his/her photo will be used.
