MUSE ORM Tissue Documentation CDS

Looking for what other ORM users have in CDS for Tissue Implant Documentation.  Anyone willing to share?

Using the regular implant log for charging and logging info.  Also have looked at adding an additional CDS to the record for information.  After looking into that, some info has to remain on paper because of the lab.
