Flash embedding 'wmode' param

OpenMeetings embeds flash components with parameter wmode='window' value by default. Is it possible to embed OpenMeetings flash components using wmode='transparent' value?

Why? You only need that to create Flash in the Z-Layer and make HTML overlays over Flash. We currently do not use that.
There are some browsers where wmode=transparent made Issues, I think the Linux Flash Player had Issues with it.

We use ExtJS framework with its js-windows interface in our application and there is an Openmeetings window which is cannot be overlapped other js-windows

well you can change it on your own of course, the templates for the wrapper page are in:
