Where can I change the frame rate recording screen, something like
Camtasia software, or other screen shot?
Is it possible?

Hi Julia,
no due to bandwidth needed and the specific codec the frame rate change makes no sense.
You can search the usergroup and will find a similar topic 1-2 weeks old with an extended explanation.
