How to use Hosted Services?

Hi all,

I am new developer to use web services. One of my client wants to use openmeetings but he has not rights to install openmeetings on his web server. So, I need to use its API. I got the documentation from below URL 

http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/SoapMethods

But don't know how to use? I need openmeetings service provider. please do some needful.
