Mr. Radha Raman Sir,

The advantage of being members in groups is that we can share news, views, suggestions for our mutual benefit.

Each member will be able to post individually which will appear immediately in all the members emails. In order to enable the option of emails being delivered to each members mailbox as it appears, it is requested to kindly open 'Manage', then click 'Delivery' against the name of each member and tick 'All email' to enable this option. Hi Abhijit,

 

Thanks for your point. I have observed that for new joinee to the group is having by default selection was “no mail”. In fact I had already corrected immediately after I saw the same.

 

I am already managing another 2 very active groups as administrator. Google group has very recently moved to entirely new look and new feature. I guess as part of new feature the default selection on “Delivery” is changed to “No mail”.
