Wiki update required for page "HOWTO configure eclipse with ns-3"

Hi all,

There is a need to update the wiki page: "HOWTO configure eclipse with ns-3",

in order to reflect waf versions above 1.5 (note: ns-3-dev now is using waf 1.6).

In the "Configure Waf Builder" section, the build directory should be changed to:

${workspace_loc:ns-3-dev} instead of (${workspace_loc:ns-3-dev}/build)

well, it is a wiki so, all you have to do is create yourself an

Nicholas, sorry for the delay; I've enabled your editing privileges.

Could you also please check this statement under the debugger section:
* Type under the Value field "${workspace_loc:ns-3-dev}/build/debug"

in ns-3.13, this is no longer the default build path (rather, I think it
should specify ${workspace_loc:ns-3-dev}/build")

Hi from 3.29 you have to put /lib after build
