The peregrine was off Kent Farm Road north of
Dublin. Turn left onto Kent Farm Road off Rt. 100 just past the fairgrounds
perhaps a half-mile. Near the end of the road (as folks are allowed, no signs or
anything). Coordinates are approximate since the bird
was on the hill to the left of my location on the road ---- N37, 8.889 - W80,
43.189
As forest wildlife biologist, I hope that you are
more successful at protecting rare species than some of these other forest
service yahoos I have dealt with, i.e. the allowing of the utter destruction of
well known and documented Corallorhiza bentleyi
sites in Giles County during the post gypsy moth logging
operations.
