Update NHibernate Validator

Hello, Dario!

Any chance you could update NHV so that it is compatible with latest NH?
The problem is, since NH 3.2 it no longer requires setting the bytecode provider, however, NHV still checks if it is set and throws an exception if it isn't.

BTW, where is the source code? I noticed you didn't update  https://nhcontrib.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/nhcontrib/trunk/src/NHibernate.Validator/ ?
Has the repository changed?
