Hi Guys,
sorry for an off topic post. I am looking for somebody who would help
me with a purchase from US ebay. Seller ships only to the US. The item
in question is a set of porcelain candelabra small edison sockets. I
have been chasing those for months now. Whenever they popup they are
US-only items. It is really cheap: $12.95 + $4.95 shipping. Of course
I will cover all additional expenses.
Please help,
Marcin

Did you ask the seller he is willing to ship abroad ? "Shipping only to US
continental" is a standard eBay setting...
However, expect a high shipment rate, because of insurance and tracked
shipment.

Yes, I did. They just don't. Of course I am aware of high shipping
charges. Most of my stuff comes from the US. Here in Norway you can
buy only fishing rods.

That's simply not true. I bought some wonderful jars of pickled herrings in Oslo. And a dazzle-camouflage-patterned pullover...

Marcin, I do this all the time for my father who lives in Italy ( notorious mail black hole...). Contact me off list and I'll be glad to help you out...

Cheers,

I could help as well, but Nick probably has a better deal for you (since he is more familiar with the process).
