Hello,

I have now setup a view (derived from the default "active action") that fits my wishes.... nearly....

I would like to filter the active tasks so that I have those that are not part of a project or if part of a project only for those that are "started". Didn't find a way to do this. Is it possible ?

to Groups, Email
Yes. Go to Advanced, and play with it until you can make it read (always the hard part for me :)

(ProjectName isEmpty) OR
(ProjectStatus=In Progress)

Tasks take the ProjectName and status from the Project that they are a part of. You can also use the field, TopLevelProjectName (for tasks in a tree that has more than one Project above it) but I don't see a way to check it's status.

It works, Lisa !

I now have a Todo list to my linking...

Thank you for the tip.

I am with MLO since 2005 (if I remember well) and it is getting better and better. I like the workspaces and views of MLO4 very much. Auto Cloud synch is also a very good (ergonomic) improvement.
