I have many task items marked as project status "suspended" - but yet they still appear on the to-do list....

This doesn't seem right....

Can someone explain? Why would I want something that is essentially "on hold" to show up on my to-do list....?

Please advise...

Thanks!

The project status doesn't effect the "Active" status of the task. I don't know why.

However, on the desktop you can create (or modify an existing) view that excludes suspended tasks.

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for the reply - can you share how to modify that view? I can't seem to figure out how to hide the suspended items from the to-do view...

Thanks again!

Sure. Pick the view you use most. On the left, make sure you have "Filter>>" showing. 1/2 way down, click "Advanced", "Add advanced, Add rule, "ProjectStatus <> Suspended".

Now, save your view as a new view with Save Settings...<enter name>. Then Manage Views to move it where you want it in your view list, and/or to hide the original view.
