I too can confirm that I'm suffering from the same issue.I upgraded to Windows 8 Pro on the weekend, and while the MLO application seems to work fine, the wi-fi sync no longer works. When attempting to connect from an Android device the PIN entry dialog is never displayed. Here's what I've tried/observed:Therefore, it looks as though it's a Windows 8 specific issue at this point.
- I can ping from the Android device to the machine no problem.
- Turning off the firewall and Defender made no difference.
- I can RDP to the machine so it can detect and accept incoming connections.
- The wi-fi sync works to a Windows 7 Home Premium VM (Virtualbox) on the same machine using a bridged adapter.

Andrey,Telnet connects to the MLO port both locally and remotely (from telnet on a Mac).It basically says it is connected to the machine and then there is no further display. When trying to telnet to another port, it just says contacting host, so I guess that confirms it is at least connecting to MLO when the right port is used. Thanks,Andrew

Thanks for reporting and for your help in troubleshooting the issue!!
Andrey.
Hi there,
Does this problem exist with the iPad app? I am currently running the latest available from the UK store, and seeing the same problems. Have run through all the suggestions posted in this thread, but to no avail.
Many thanks,
Rob
