Add a Review featurePosted in General Without built-in support for a review process, some items stagnate, using views and filters in MLO to carry out a review can be a complex and frustrating undertaking, and that you don't know what has been reviewed and what hasn't. The review process would be similar to adding reminders, but not intrusive. After talking to a friend who uses OmniFocus, this is the review process I have in mind: 1. A new "review" view would be added to the app.
Future improvements:
The killer feature of this type of review process is that it allows your reviews to be incremental, so you can do the review while waiting for the bus, standing in line at the grocery store, etc. Because you eventually review everything in the list, you don't have to worry about things being forgotten, no matter how many items you have. It also gives you the ability to easily prune duplicates and delete tasks that no longer should be in your system (e.g., an expired coupon from one of those online deal sites). Of course, this feature would not force any particular workflow on anyone--just as you can choose whether or not to set recurrences, reminders and deadlines; you could choose whether or not to set a review frequency for each context, folder or task. I have some ideas on how to abuse contexts and meta-tasks to perform reviews, but I don't think those ideas will scale very well.

Android: When zoomed into outline view, filter by contextPosted in General I use this functionality regularly on MLO desktop - zoom in to a given branch in outline view, then switch to 'todo' view and filter by context. This appears to be licking in MLO Android.

Rob commented on Attach Voice Notes (on mobile devices, but sync to desktop)It would be really slick to sync this with DropBox or EverNote.

Rob commented on Add "delegate" functionOne of my colleagues suggested handling this by creating "people" contexts (e.g., a context called ":-) Bob"). I haven't needed it yet, but I think I would probably set an @Delegated context and the relevant person/people context(s) for each delegated item.

Rob commented on Allow multiple locations for a contextI think Ofii means that some towns have 3 Home Depots, and it would be nice to be able to add all those locations to a single context. But as long as Dave Knight's suggestion works (it currently seems to be broken on Android), you could create your @HomeDepot context, then put it under @HomeDepot_123MainSt and @HomeDepot_456ThirdAve, each with its own location. It seems kind of backwards, but I don't think it'll work as well if you do it the other way around.

Alex commented on Android: When zoomed into outline view, filter by contextThis appears to be incorporated! Well done MLO team! User Interface improvements will help to make this feature more accessible within the different views, without having to go back to the main menu.

Andrey has said in the past that it has influenced his choices. Please remember software development can be slow and complex. It may just take time.
