Looking for special lightbox video player

I need a lightbox video player that automatically incorporates a play button on the video. The ones I'm finding (WP Video, Shadowbox) don't have that. Either the video displays with no play arrow or you can create an image with the play button and use that to trigger the video in the lightbox. They don't want to have to create those images.

The video on the page is usually displayed in a narrow column so we want to use the lightbox to display in larger format.

If I use a youtube embed with an iFrame, I do get a play button but I can't find a way to incorporate the lightbox so it just plays in small size.

Anyone see anything like this?

MediaElement.js and VideoJS both have a big fat play button on the video UI. They are not lightboxes but could be incorporated into one of the standard ones.

If you have an option that does use a thumbnail of the video, but just doesn't have the play button on it, how about adding the play button on top of the thumb using CSS?
