FYI: v1.2f branch created in b2g/gaia repositories

Hi folks,

Apologies for the late notice, but I want to let you all know that the
v1.2f branch has been created in the b2g and gaia repositories to
support the new mozilla-b2g26_v1_2f branch. Builds and tests are running
and reporting to https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Mozilla-B2g26-v1.2f.

It's new 1.2 hardware bringup, and a place for our partner to work on any supporting code. You'll be able to find any associated bug with the blocking-b2g:fugu+ flag. All vanilla 1.2 work will also be landing to the 1.2f branch as well.

This is very similar process to the 1.1hd branch.
