Monthly Board Meetings

Need new dates for Jan and Feb 2013 HOA BOD's Mtgs.

Current dates are 21 Jan (MLK) and 18 Feb (Presidents' Day) 2013 (4th
Monday of each month). Problem is that both dates are federal Monday
holidays so the Government Bldg will be closed. Can't have your
monthly mtgs there/then.

What are the new/"correct" Meeting Dates for these two months? Am
assuming that the mtgs will start at 7pm.

Actually, the 4th Monday of January is the 28th and the 4th Monday of February is the 25th, so our regularly scheduled meetings do not fall on the Federal holidays.

No, you've got the wrong dates.  If you look at a 2013 calendar, the fourth Monday of January is the 21st and the fourth Monday in February is the 18th.  I am looking at a 2013 calendar right now.  You will note that the first week of January starts on a Tuesday and the 1st week of February starts on a Friday.  So basically, I think I am right about the dates, which I think will have to be changed.  It can be confusing when 1st weeks of months don't start on a Sunday or Monday.

I'm looking at a 2013 calendar right now.

The Mondays in January are:
7th
14th
21st
28th - fourth Monday and our regularly scheduled meeting

The Mondays in February are:
4th
11th
18th
25th - fourth Monday and our regularly scheduled meeting

The MLK holiday/Inauguration Day is January 21 and President's Day is February 18th, so there's no conflict with the Board meetings.
