Hi,

You will not be able to export learning history from 2.x and import it
into 1.x.

I suggest you upgrade all your machines to 2.x, and keep everything in a
single database.

Cheers,

Peter

In the past, I used to export to my laptop and delete the cards on my desk top.
When I came back, I would export to the desk top computer and delete the cards on my laptop.

I have now upgraded both machines to 2.x.
What is the next step?

Thanks in advance.

It's best to use the built-in sync mechanism for that. Designate one
machine as server, activate the server in the configuration panel.
Then, on the client, start from an empty 'default.db' and use 'file -
sync' while the server is running.

Cheers,

Peter

Did I miss a document outlining these steps?

I would be really grateful if someone could show how to do this using screen shots.

"Then, on the client, start from an empty 'default.db' and use 'file -  sync' while the server is running."
This does not really make a lot of sense to me but presumably the last step is Ctrl-Y.

This may be ridiculously easy but I really don't want to mess up my data.

Thanks

Indeed!

I'll add a page to the manual explaining this in the future.

Cheers,

Peter
